"Schönes 25 m² Studio, Schlechter Check in"

Schönes, 25 m² großes Studio in der ersten Etage eines Wohnhauses. Boxspring 140 cm breit. Küche, umfangreich ausgestattet,keine Nespresso Maschine. Städtische durchschnittliche Wohnlage, carrefour 24h gegenüber. Mehrere Buslinien gut erreichbar. Eine Ecke weiter befindet sich ein Basic fit Sportstudio.

Die Unterkunft kann man kontaktieren, aber man bekommt keine hilfreichen Antworten, nur Fragen gestellt und am Ende antwortet keiner mehr ! Um die Türe zum Apartment zu öffnen, muss man eine spezielle APP herunterladen ( Nuki) und in der App auch alle Funktionen freischalten, um sie voll umfänglich zu benutzen. Dieser Vorgang hat mir nicht gefallen und hat den Check in sehr verzögert. Im Zimmer gibt es eine Lüftung, die sich nicht ausschalten lässt, diese macht so viel Geräusch, dass man nur mit Ohrstöpsel schlafen kann.

"Amazing stay, comfortable and in a very convenient neighborhood"

We had to go through an app, it took me a few minutes to understand but overall the process was easy. Perhaps a bit more details on the step to follow from the host to the next guests would be great.

Świetna lokalizacja: blisko dworca, muzeów, parku Retiro. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Nowa i czysta łazienka.

Brak możliwości kontaktu z firmą obsługującą wynajem apartamentów - na maile i wiadomości nie odpisują w ogóle, dodzwonić się można raz na kilkanaście prób. Z każdym problemem zostajesz sam - np. przez caly okres pobytu nie działa klimatyzacja (w środku sierpnia!). Do tej pory nie dostałam też obiecanej wiadomości z hasłem do WiFi o które poprosiłam drugiego dnia pobytu :) Problemy z przekazaniem kluczy - dopiero chwilę przed przyjazdem dostałam wiadomość z instrukcją automatycznego odbioru (i to dopiero po dwukrotnym telefonicznym kontakcie plus kilkunastu nieudanych próbach). Kiepski widok z okna (na mur drugiego budynku, przez to w mieszkaniu jest cały dzień dość ciemno) i brak standardowych kanałów hiszpańskich w telewizji pomijam, bo nie są to istotne dla mnie rzeczy, ale warto mieć tego świadomość podczas rezerwacji. Do miasta wrócę, ale raczej będę szukać innego miejsca na pobyt w tej lokalizacji.
