Modern Comfort - 1 Bedroom Apartment - Free Parking, Transit links, Close to Stadiums

Very convenient location, close to whatever you'll need in the Manchester area and good links to motorway network etc. Great communication with the owner of the property both before, during and after my stay. Apartment for the most part is well equipped and decorated.

Could get pretty noisy as the apartment backs on to the junction/roundabout with the main M602 so at times was noisy from trucks lumbering by, motorbikes and police sirens. The bathroom was somewhat tired and could do with some TLC and perhaps the biggest gripe is the layout of the bedroom, the bed is pushed up to the window, no sidelight, only the main bedroom light and no plug socket near the bed. So somewhat inconvenient but did not spoil my stay. Comfy sofa very comfortable bed and massive tv in the lounge area were a huge plus. Would defintiely consider staying again.

This place was absolutely fantastic! 🎉 The property is perfectly located near all the amenities you could need, and it was spotlessly clean—seriously impressive. The manager was amazing—super quick to respond to any questions and incredibly kind and understanding when I needed a few adjustments due to personal circumstances. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 💯 Would highly, highly recommend—such great value for money!

The beds are really comfortable, I loved the area as well it definitely looked quite safe, would recommend this place for a couple!

I would recommend for the owner to buy new pots and pans for the apartment as they are quite old and rusty. A minor drawback would also be how noisy it is at night due to the cars going past, but it didn’t affect us too much.
