Nothing that I can think of

Place was not very clean lots of dust and please looked it wasn't properly cleaned after the last guest departure.

The beds were very comfy and living space was great.

Kitchen could have been a bit better equipped.

Clean and spacious

It was a beautiful apartment, so clean, stylish and comfortable, had everything you could need for a weekend away. Entrance into the apartment was easy. Good instructions to that and parking within the street. The app was really helpful.

The beds were slightly uncomfortable but we only stayed 2 nights so wasn’t a massive problem

Helpful host. Flat was very comfortable and perfect for a stay in Cardiff.

Modern and fairly spacious, good value for money

Parking in the area was tricky, which can mean parking quite away from the property, so potentially it can be fairly inconvenient if you're unlucky and don't bag a spot close by.

I had a very disappointing experience at The Berriman Collection Stylish Sleeps 6 - 2 Bedroom. Although I booked the apartment five days in advance, I was not informed that an additional form and a £150 security deposit were required before check-in. I only discovered this late in the evening, upon arrival, after a long day of travelling. I had to complete the form and pay the deposit while standing outside the property, which was extremely inconvenient. Despite the payment being made, the administration claimed they had not received it and refused to provide me with the check-in instructions. I was even asked to make a second payment of £150, which I found completely unacceptable. Only after a long discussion did they finally agree to let me check in. Once inside, I was surprised by how ordinary the apartment was, considering the high deposit. There was only one small tube of shower gel for three guests and just one coffee capsule. For the price and conditions, the service and communication were far below expectations. Worst of all, I still don’t know what happened to my £150. The staff said their payment link was inactive and that I have to sort it out with my bank. Completely unprofessional. Overall, I cannot recommend this property and would advise future guests to be cautious before booking.
