I'm very surprised that Booking.com would be associated with these owners. I booked and paid for an ensuite double room and the booking was confirmed. I need to have ensuite for health reasons. Shortly before I arrived I was informed by text that the room I had booked was not available but a room without en suite was available in a different location further from the town centre. Take it or leave it and get the fee back. As no other suitable accommodation was available nearby I had no choice but to accept a basic room with shared toilet n shower but no towels. The shared kitchen was piled up with dirty ware when I arrived. Stay well clear of this crowd as I've now heard that I am not the first that this has happened to. I informed booking.com of my predicament but heard nothing back even though payment is made through them. All around a distasteful experience.

The room was nice, location good, shower nice.

I was accused of losing the key and then they found it and they left me with about four squares of toilet paper.
