"Quick to take your payment but then do not send you check in details."

Nothing.

Didn’t stay as we wasn’t sent our check in details, extremely unprofessional when hundreds of miles from home, we had to find somewhere else to stay after an extremely long journey. Don’t be fooled by the photos of the kitchen, it is not in the room, it is shared kitchen elsewhere in the building and not part of the room as the advert implies. Stay elsewhere.

"Simply wouldn’t stop there again and would not recommend to anyone."

Not much, it was a room with a bed en suite, some fit together furniture, dodgy bed and bedding, no soap or shower gel provided, no plug for wash hand basin , no coffee or tea making facilities in room.

Situated in a seedy/dodgy area, felt uneasy and uncomfortable regarding safety.

"Rest my case"

My room was ensuite

My room wasn't made when i got there, the trash bin in the room was full of waste left by previous lodger and the bed was not made. When i tried to get the host, she wouldn't reply to my texts until i practically begged. Rude and unhospitable host. will not recommend.
