Flatzy - 3 Bedroom Apartment in Heart of City Centre

The rooms are lovely good size, clean, tidy, the little extras crossaints etc The ear plugs very handy, The advance notice of lift not working and the noise from outside. Were attentive and quick to respond when needed.

The noise at night, smell of weed in the end bedroom, neither of which could be helped

The location was excellent. Short stroll to all the attractions. Spacious apartment with everything we needed.

The downside of being in such a great location was the noise. The apartment is opposite Matthew St, where all the live music is, so this was a bit of an issue. The apt is on a man road opposite a taxi rank, so that was noisy too. I suspect it would be difficult to fit double glazing in the apt, and earplugs were provided, so that was useful. Unfortunately, there was a strong smell of marijuana in the main bedroom. It seemed to be coming from a neighbouring apt, so there was not much the host could do about this.

Spacious clean apartment in a central location

Very noisy. The street noise was so bad that we couldn’t sleep and also continuous doorbell buzzer for entry to the apartment block

Centrally located with plenty of space for a group of 5.

It’s right across the road from Mathew Street and so it can be loud through the night but it was fine once I used ear plugs.
