It was cold weather and hard to heat the space.

Extraordinary family owned riad inside the medina conveniently located at walking distance from all Fes tourist attractions. It is very well decorated with period ornaments. The rooftop terrace affords breathtaking views. The owners of the property own a palace at a 10 minutes walk from the property. That palace has a very cozy pool in the middle of a lovely garden. Guests of the riad have access to that pool.

Good location inside the Fes Medina, spacious, nice terrace, air conditioning. Great for families or large groups. Our host was very communicative and always quick to reply. We arranged a pickup with him from the train station.

There are narrow and steep stairs to access the apartment, so not very suitable for people with disabilities.

The swimming pool was not private to use and was shared by local hotel guests. We could only block book our pool visit via whatsapp. The TV wasnt as easy to function as ours. No AC in each bedroom. Bigger rubbish bins would be ideal.

I liked the Pool and the AC in the main room. The pool is 10 minutes walking but it is a little corner of paradise.

There is only one small toilet with no windows.
