"Superb"

The flat was clean, spacious and nicely furnished, with a kitchen and coffee machine. It's great value and there's a friendly neighborhood hot dog place that's been there forever.

It's about a 15 minute walk on quite trafficky streets to downtown, but you might not want to do it at night. We had no issues with the neighborhood, but it's OK rather than lovely.

"Overall great weekend stay with a minor tick."

The convenience of being close to downtown and major freeways, the amount of space, the first aid kit, basic necessities (towels & kitchen supplies) provided, secured parking area w/ security camera and the cute complimentary coffee bar! Prompt reply to my concern(s).

Noise insulation could be better; we could hear the gravel crackling at 3 am from the parking area and noisy cars driving by on the street. The television was not the easiest to watch local channel for local news and weather; all we could see was static and didn't feel like wasting time trying to figure it out.

"Superb"

Apartment was in great shape and clean. Easy access for entrance. Easy to shop. Bright. Little closed entry nice to have. Utensils were good. Shower head terrific.

People upstairs aren't always quiet when they come in.

the rental was clean and comfortable. It appeared to be newly renovated. It was an easy walk to the city and a parking place was provided

The apartment lacked a few basics. no info about how to use tv no info about nearby restaurants/sites/emergency info, for instance no hairdryer no sink plugs in kitchen or dish pan to wash dishes although a fireplace was listed-there was none nothing to write on or with
