Hôtel du Puy Ferrand , Restaurant La Table de l'Ours

We love the location and the friendly staff. Staff were also very helpful when we almost got snowed in, aiding us in fitting snow chains which was no easy feat. The bar was excellent. Breakfast was good and freshly squeezed orange juice really appreciated. Loved the sauna, steam room and pool. Truffade was delicious in the restaurant.

We’d have appreciated a small kettle in the room for hot drinks and also one or two more vegetarian options on the menu for variety, though the food we had was excellent.

Chambres froides à l’arrivée, la mise en chauffage avant aurait été plus agréable mais rien de grave non plus.

Problème d’eau chaude générale mais qui a été assez vite rétabli

Very cozy hotel in an awesome location. The view is unbelievable!!! especially when there's no fog around )) Food is tasty, stuff is super friendly. Room is cozy, beds are comfy. I was so happy we could take our dog with us!! And it's located just next to the ski station. Super comfortable if you came here for skiing. Also there is a storage room, where you can keep your equipment or luggage if you checked out and are waiting for the transfer. It was a bit expensive to stay here for Christmas. But it's worth it. Unforgettable memories we have now.

The shower was a bit strangely designed. All the water went to the floor of the bathroom. The shutters on the windows were difficult to open. Difficult to get there without a car. A bit expensive, but I understand why ))
