Very spacious condo and great location. Lots of extra pillows and blankets. Beautiful view of beach across the street. Elevator is present for those who cannot walk up 2 flights of steps. Pool was very clean and a decent size. Nice grill area out back, and a beautiful pier with swinging chairs.

There is a roach problem. There were dead roaches in the bedroom with the bunk bed, and every time we turned on he kitchen light they were scattered on the kitchen floor and would run under the cabinets. Definitely needs pest control. Thosewere the largest roaches/palmetto bugs I have ever seen and I live in FL! More kitchen appliances would be helpful. Pizza pan, pizza cutter, regular toaster over or air fryer. Would also be nice to know a Keurig is there, I would have bought K cups...... The most undesirable thing was the 6am pick up and slamming of dumpsters in our lot as well as one next door. It was loud enough to wake you out of a deep sleep. Not sure owners have any control over this though.

I loved the location. Near everything. It was quiet. We had the dock and the beach! Parking access was easy.

I did not like the elevator being far away from where we stayed.

"Much needed retreat"

The condo was able awesome!!! It felt just like home. The location was very convenient and the condo was so nice and roomy it was extremely comfortable for us. I just lost my mom 3 weeks ago after a short and very painful battle with pancreatic cancer so I hadn't had any rest for over a month. The condo was so quiet and peaceful I was able to get caught up on my sleep!!!

The elevator was kinda shaky and very stuffy but otherwise everything was just perfect for us!!!
