Great location very close to the beach. Loved the early morning swims and the stunning sunsets! It was peaceful and the staff were very kind and accommodating.

Reception staff were not the best and responsive at dealing with issues. The room wasn't cleaned unless you asked. The attitude of reception staff was much to be desired. The price was different from what booking.com stated.

Die Bungalows waren alt und gammelig, der Service hielt sich in Grenzen und das Frühstück war ein Witz.

Not far from the beach. Walking distance to the rocks where it's possible to see something interesting while snorkeling, at least small fish and seashells.

Hotel room electricity was not working when we arrived at night around 10pm. So it was not prepared and checked properly. But they changed it to another room quickly. Room was never cleaned during our 5 nights stay. Garbage on the way to the beach. Koh Lanta was a little boring compared to Koh Chang that we visited some years ago. There is no way to buy durian around, we asked a tuk tuk driver to find a market, but they did not have it anywhere. We had breakfast included, but it was the worst thing, 3 choices of egg dish, coffee or tea and juice out of concentrate. And this is where they grow a lot of fruits, nothing was offered on the table. Every day the same. Bungalow needs to have some maintenance, some stuff was broken.

My first bungalow, P13, has a mould problem that is largely mitigated by running the AC full-time. My second bungalow, A103, did not exhibit this issue. Reception staff are excellent. They taught me a lot of words.
