Room was not ready when we arrived even though they called and confirmed. The room was in a disgusting state not livable at all. In the end we had to pay for the room but still had to move to a hotel barely 10 meters away. So do yourself a favor and book any other hotel nearby. I had booked the room online and it was confirmed.I asked hotel staff in this reference before the stay,they replied that we will call u back but they never called me back.I called 2 times and got same reply from them.Its very ridiculous that booking.com is partner with these useless hotelier.
