Did not see staff so can not rate. TV a bit rubbish as not into Netflix and long winded to watch live TV. Handrail came apart in hand with both of us so couldn't really use it.

There was nothing to be improved apart from maybe a fan in the bedroom as we have one at home and sleep with it on every night. This is a personal preference rather than a criticism.
