"Construction disfunction!"

Decent place to stay while catching next day flight to the states.

Major construction happening just outside apartment window. Very disappointed that his was not disclosed in listing and only mentioned by host the day before my arrival. It was clear that this has been ongoing. Parking was also problematic and cost me a substantial amount of money when it should have been free.

"Beautiful and comfortable apartment in a great city location."

This is a very upscale, well equipped apartment at a reasonable price, and a superb location for enjoying everything Guatemala City has to offer. Zone 4's excellent dining and shopping opportunities are right across the street.

The apartment could use indirect lighting in the living room (a floor lamp) and ice trays in the freezer.
