DEThe property is really beautiful, well decorated with all the amenities you need - it's quite new, so everything is well mentioned, also the mattresses could use an update as the ones, especially in the master rooms with queen beds, are quite sagging.
The property is shared! You are not alone; the casita is not part of the main 5-bedroom house or the property, even though the pictures might suggest otherwise. When we booked through booking.com, there was no indication that the casita is not shared, and facilities like the pool and seating areas in the garden are shared. The bedroom of the casita (a large bedroom with a desk in the corner and a big arched window) was described. When speaking with the owner, she was finding excuses, but even the lady doing the check-in said this is a recurring problem and many guests complain about not being made aware of it. After asking for compensation, the owner was very confrontational, and to date, only booking.com has responded, stating that the owner is not willing to cooperate. It’s a shame; we had a gathering and were not aware of the shared outdoor facilities, otherwise we would never have booked the accommodation.
