We have reached out to the property manager including pics and videos of our horrible stay. The ac was too noisy, he clAimed it's the usual noise of ac. Upon checking of the maintenance, theres problem with the motor and is making loud noises. Sheets are nasty with multiple stains. When we told the property manager he made an excuse it was already 1am when we reached out. Now is it our fault that we just got to the Airbnb to rest at 1am. Multiple messages were sent to fix but no fix. We have pics and videos of the problems. Property manager not responding, we will escalate this with booking..com. also if you Rs thinking of renting this place they don't even provide hand soap just to wash hands and no toilet paper. These are not luxury and basic for any place. Moldy bathrooms and cracks on the floor tiles safety issues. To conclude rough night due to noisy ac concluded by the maintenance guy.

Nice, quiet location. Its a big apartment, Khai was lovely, very helpful. Large living room with big Tv with netflix, warm water for shower. Will definitely book here again.

It has good air-conditioning, Reachable and great Owner, Fast WiFi, There's a washing machine, there are a lot of kitchen tools and utensils and a Big Balcony with a view of the Expressway and Pool.

The Television is not functioning well when at the home screen it just says "This region does not support by the home screen". I need to figure out at first how to open the main breaker of air-conditioning and how to get the wifi password.

It was large and had a outdoor area surrounding the unit that gave a view of the pool from below. Check-in instructions were very clear and the property manager was very prompt in answering my emails or phone messages. ACs were very strong.

Property interiors are outdated, looked older than building’s actual 2 yrs age. Going in and out of the complex is difficult as the guards seems to apply strict process to both visitors and current residents. One very bad incident is that they double booked (assuming by mistake), as one afternoon a group of other people were entering the unit as they had same code as mine and supposedly staying on the same last 2 days i am still there. Good thing i was there when this happened as otherwise they would have come in the unit, all my stuff was there open for anyone to take. Very upsetting. I told them to contact the property manager. I was requesting change of door code but never got any response after that.
