Der Gastgeber ist extrem gut organisiert und steht jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man benötigt. Zum Beispiel stehen Sonnenschirme und Taucherbrillen zur Verfügung. Aber auch ansonsten gibt es alles, was man in einer Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen benötigt. Die Lage ist ebenso top.

Der Lärm von den Greenkeepern der Golfanlage. Es ist schon sehr laut, wenn man auf der Terrasse ist und der Rasen über einen sehr langen Zeitraum regelmäßig gemäht und getrimmt wird. Für Menschen, die Dunkelheit beim Schlafen lieben sind die Beleuchtungen im Ventilator etwas störend. Ebenso ist die Wohnung recht unruhig, was die Deko anbelangt. Aber das ist natürlich Geschmacksache.

L'appartement était très beau, très confortable, plus que très bien équipé, très propre, 2 salles de bains, 2WC, et bien situé, vue sur le terrain de golf, au nord de Minorque, grande terrasse avec vue sur les couchers de soleil sur le golf. Un calme absolu!! Une superbe décoration originale qui prête à la réflexion philosophique. Pleins de petites attentions du propriétaire pour ses hôtes...café, gourmandises, boissons, huiles etc...des équipements en grands nombres et de bonne qualité (électroménager, nombreux ustensiles de cuisine) , tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner, produits de nettoyage, produits de beauté, nécessaire de bricolage, nécessaire pour le BBQ... Tout y est!!! Serviettes de bain, parasols et masques snorkeling à volonté!!! La piscine était grande et parfaite. Un parking privé sécurisé devant l'appartement. Communication facile, rapide et efficace avec le propriétaire +++ Extrême recommandation!! Plus que vivement!! Nous reviendrons c'est certain!

Rien! Tout était nickel et même plus que nickel

L'appartement est très agréable, propre et très bien équipé. Les atouts: beaucoup de petites attentions pour les locataires (chocolat, vins...), des équipements en grands nombres et de bonne qualité (électroménager, nombreux ustensiles de cuisine, serviettes de bains et de plages, parasols, masques/tubas, tout le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner, produits de nettoyage, produits de beauté, nécessaire de bricolage, nécessaire pour le BBQ... rien ne manque !), 2 salles de bains, une terrasse très très agréable (la vue est superbe), 1 place de parking dédié devant l'appartement, le tout dans une résidence calme, bien placée et très bien entretenue. Le souci du détail dans l'aménagement a été un gain de confort et de temps précieux pour les vacances : pas la peine de courir les premiers jours pour acheter tout un tas de trucs qu'on va laisser derrière de toute façon... Le contact avec Mike a été facile et amical, c'est un excellente hôte.

Nous n'avons pas trouver grand chose à reprocher à cette location :-)

This apartment was great! I enjoyed the eclectic decor, and it really has everything you might need. There's lots of basics in the kitchen so you don't need to buy every little thing in order to make a meal. But everything was definitely clean and tidy when we arrived. There are more bath towels and beach towels than you could probably use, and there's beach equipment: umbrellas, two nice chairs, snorkels. So nice to have these added useful things on hand to enjoy the island. Mike was responsive and helpful at all times. The view of the golf course is very calming and sweet. The peacocks there are a little loud, but we ended up finding them pretty fun and charming as well. You might find them hard to sleep through in the morning if you have the windows open. This wasn't a problem for us because it was the middle of the summer and we used AC. Also depends how light a sleeper you are. The apt is part of a complex, which is somewhat clear from the pictures. If you were looking for a isolated little spot, this isn't it, but we definitely found it to be a calm place to nest. The patio in the mornings and evenings was *wonderful*.

We loved Everything! It felt like a safari lodge, overlooking a fantastic view (hardly any golfers, but lots of wildlife). Expected to see a giraffe or elephant at any time! The host, Mike, is an excellent communicator (we didn’t need to meet) and all his instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Mike is also incredibly generous with lovely things to eat & drink in the apartment (wine, chocolates, coffee, cereals, croissants etc). The apartment was spotlessly clean and we had two bedrooms and two bathrooms- it felt wonderfully spacious. Oh, and Mike loves to collect things, so you will find lots of everything around the place! In summary, this is one of the very best places we have ever stayed (we stayed five nights) and we have been all over the world as international mountain guides for the past 17 years. Bravo, Mike! What a gem of a place!

It was perfect

The property was exceptionally well equipped with a great and responsive host. The location was centrally located and is roughly 15-30 mins from the main cities by car . Great view and surrounded by lush green nature.
