Firstly I would not recommend this property or landlord at all, the original description does not match what is sent to you via message in the booking.com app, so is completely false, I got in contact with the Lanlord 10 minutes after booking to cancel urgently as I was not happy paying a £200 damage deposit via bank transfer her told me to contact booking.com which I did, and he refused the urgent cancellation request which they sent to him, pretty much a quick money grab, I’ve had to go through paypal to recover the original cost of the property due to false advertising & false payment method!

N/A but will never be booking via this Landlord again, a scam artist at it’s finest, I had to book another property as will NOT be paying a £200 damage deposit via Bank transfer, also the line of communication is inconsistent very unreliable landlord, no customer service skills and out for the money only!
