My room was extremely hot from lack of air. There was a remote ceiling fan but the remote didn’t work. Messed up part about is I didn’t know any of these things until it was too late and I had checked in .

Everything it was hot no ac the microwave didn’t work

The door code provided was incorrect. I ended up being locked out of the apartment and missed my appointment as I needed to wait for someone to let me back in.

Location

On the 19th floor, elevators not working half the time, when they are up only one is working that runs very slow. The place itself was very nasty. Disgusting stained, ripped up carpet through out the place. The lightings doesn’t work good. The plugs work sometimes. The bedroom floors was never mopped had a sticky mess in the corner. Nightstand was never cleaned off. I’m really not understanding the purpose of a cleaning fee that added on, TOTAL RIP OFF! Oh don’t let me forget the trash filled parking lot with broken glass everywhere, that no one see to care or see about.
