Pearl House - Delightful 3-4 Bedroom Coastal Getaway

Great location, beach is on your door step and 150 feet away from the Banksy art work what more could you ask for?

Wasn’t the property it was the noise from house next door Other than that no complaints

It was like a home from home.Spotlessly clean with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The front door or inner from door very open to outside .Could do with some way of covering glass.

The house was in a great location and the house itself was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped and very nice. On arrival the house felt nice and warm as it was freezing outside.

It appeared that you were renting a whole house but obviously that wasn't the case as the walls at the back were paper thin and you could hear everything behind and next door. It's definitely not comfortable sleeping 8 people, we thought it was 4 bedroomed but one of them was the livingroom so therefore 8 people and no livingroom!!. Also we had problems with heating. The owner got a maintenance man to have a look but it couldn't be fixed so he offered a heater that we accepted but kitchen and front bedroom really chilly. Normally we wouldn't complain but if you have a holiday rental in the winter the heating needs to be right. We stayed 2 nights and left on the Sunday evening. We have asked for some sort refund but as yet no reply.

Excellent property which is so clean and well equipped. It was perfect for our weekend as just round the corner from the Cliff Hotel where we had a wedding to attend. Great location. Perfect for our group of 6 adults.

No bedding for the sofa. We had a full house and could not find extra bedding for the sofa bed .

Lovely period property, tastefully renovated with a good use of spaces. Consider a floor plan with the photos as it is confusing! Four lovely shower rooms . Gorleston beach and little promenade is lovely !

Advertised as a four bedroom but it is three (two double one twin) plus a sofa bed in the lounge. I think the local residents are not impressed with these rentals, they deliberately block the (very narrow) driveways (they have the dropped curbs). We shoe horned our car onto the drive literally an inch away from a residents Car between two brick pillars as all road spaces were taken (beware you cant reverse fully as access is required to a rental to the rear) First morning I opened the blind and the resident was stood by her car hands on hips glaring up at me!. House- bunk beds the light needs to be changed unless you want to wear the shade as a hat as you ascend the ladder 🤣 Suitable for pets but no enclosed outside space. House sleeps upto eight but only one under counter fridge with a small ice box wasn’t sufficient. Sofa bed in lounge drifts apart so mind the gap!

It is actually 3 beds house with sofa bed in the leaving room no 4 beds. My kids very disappointed and grumpy at the beginning that they won't have separate rooms. A lot of stuff in the kitchen but no normal saucepans to boil eggs, pasta and make baby food. The clock in the kitchen didn't work. No sugar.
