"Quiet and comfortable stay notwithstanding the issues mentioned. Lovely location."

Good central location for south snowdonia. Great views of Harlech castle. Very quite and safe. Good ameneties within walking distance.

Flat had damp issues which owner had tried to remedy with condensation traps and ioniser in bedroom. Kitchenware was dirty and had to be rewashed before use.

"Pleasant"

Location below Harlech town on the level ground was good. Property had everything needed, although was expensive for a one bedroom flat. Evidently not suitable for anything other than a couple.

Social mixture. First floor flat was part of a purpose-built holiday development BUT many had been sold off/rented as low cost housing with permanent, some unemployed, somewhat dodgy low cost tenants. So the mix with these residents was not ideal.
