Everything about D.C was fantastic except the traffic..lol

"WeHost Company is lacking but Unit is comfortable and a great location"

The location was great within three blocks of the Pentagon City Metro station. The neighborhood is a nice residential area which is safe and well lighted. The Whole Foods Market within a block is very convenient for groceries since this is a full apartment with full kitchen.

Unit is owned by "WeHost." I am a solo guest and had 4 days stay. After check in, I contacted the Customer Service Reps on the 24-hour phone line to tell them of issues I found in the unit. They are friendly and try to be helpful but they over promise service, then WeHost management does not accommodate. No hot beverage cups supplied so no morning coffee or evening tea as I expected for paying for a full kitchen. The property manager finally delivered coffee cups at 10:00pm (!) the night before my 11am checkout. Unclean wine glasses with obvious lipstick stains. The bathroom and kitchen counters were not washed. The unit is nice but WeHost is lacking.
