L’unica cosa un po’ fastidiosa è il rumore notturno del weekend, ma la posizione così centrale è troppo comoda per rinunciare a soggiornarvi

Badkamer vies, koelkast roestig en oud, leidingen in de badkamer verroest, keuken niet schoon, trappenhuis komt uit op een binnenplaats aan de achterkant, snel weg door de voordeur.

Location was very good.

Good location. Overall bedroom and sitting room decor was nice.

Bathroom had an awful sewage smell. Tiles on the floor were extremely dirty and shower walls and fittings were full of limescale and dirty with peeling paint on the pipes. Bathroom lets the whole standard of the place down. Some of the throw pillows were very badly stained showing they had not been changed between guests. Cups in cupboards were dirty like they hadn’t been washed properly from previous guests. Rugs and general furnishings just felt grubby and stained. There was an oddly unsecured door from the kitchen into a back stairwell that just locked with a tiny lock. As two females staying we pushed two chairs up against it as there was a lot of noice etc from that stairwell.

Close to metro and sites. Good location as far as getting around goes.

Its above a gentlemens club and nightclub, expect noise, tooting, yelling and roudy noise. Shower could do with 3 cleans. Not very comfortable for a family of 5 as far as sitting goes. I think this suits younger people wanting to go out all night, have a sleep and thats it. No tea bags or anything for a morning cuppa. Wouldnt suggest for a family who want to watch a movie together or get some good sleep. Linen smelt like vinigar and the cushions on bed had something undesirable on both sides. Needs a clean too.
