This guy saved our weekend!! we had booked another property through booking.com that turned out to be a scam, so we booked this last minute instead. The guy managing this property then told us he was in America and had no idea why it had let us book it, but would try everything to get it sorted! We ended up with his family coming over to let us in and clean it before we entered. We have never had a more positive experience with a host and he honestly saved our weekend. Forever grateful and would always recommend this place to stay in Birmingham. Really close to the centre and the gay village too with a convenience shop on the corner!

Well located, quiet and convenient location,

Really good localisation, 3 min walking distance to the Tesco market, apartment is spacious with vintage vibe we really liked, and even it’s really close to the street - it’s quiet and you can make it dark with the curtains. Everything you need is inside and host is really helpful with the checkin and replying fast. 🏡

Extra payment for late check in (the self check in could be the good idea to consider for the future), and you need to remember to control the temperature of the water (there is a special panel) if you don’t want to take a cold shower. 🚿

It had 2 bedrooms

No privacy/security. Ground level, corner apt; entrance is single glass door; living room & bedrooms are full glass facing street w/only curtains for privacy. No balcony as advertised. Entryway gate does not lock.

Lovely comfortable new apartment. Well equipped and warm. Great location for city centre and canal network. Excellent communication with host. We thoroughly recommend.
