The building looks tidy, with a good location and really neat and nice common areas. Good parking, as long as you don't get a space at the very corner of the car park to exit from, as long as all the parking spaces around it are occupied, you really need driving skills :)

The apartment is really tidy and furnished comfortably enough for a space of this size, but: - there were no night curtains, and there is another house in the neighbourhood right in front of the lazy - the bathroom is nicely furnished, but the toilet is so close to the washing machine that it is not really convenient to use - to flush the water you have to open the door of the boiler cupboard because the toilet lid fits underneath it, and to pull back the toilet lid because there is a button for flushing behind it - the bed sheet was obviously unchanged, which was not only visible but also had sand on it - the bed is assembled in such a way that you can only get in and out of it through the back - the sheets are used without elastic, so they stretch out very quickly and get twisted under the back, which is again not easy to deal with due to the design of the bed - if it's raining, and not even necessarily windy, there's a lot of water coming through the balcony door from the balcony into the room - there is very little space for storing belongings, let alone suitcases or bicycles

The design of the apartment is very nice. It had everything needed to feel like at home, kitchen is well equipped, TV was good, room has aircon type cooling system, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine all available.

Bathroom design is nice, however its a bit cramped, it may not be very comfortable for a larger person to get around in. Other apartments in the building have a terrace/balcony which would have been nice have also, but I'm just knitpicking. City tax is not included in the cost (small charge)

The location was great. Free private parking. Apartment was nice and clean, had all the essentials. Loved the air conditioner in the apartment.
