I stayed in multiple hotels in tirupati but this this hotel is quite different, I will definitely refer this hotel to friends and family members

Mr Jaishankar was very nice and friendly...we had a great stay.... special care was taken by his Staff Chennaiya and his family....was connected with the main road and had a safe parking space as well

The apartment was neat and clean. The building has an elevator and is pretty close to the business centre of Tirupati.

I booked a 1BHK (Bedroom, Hall, Kitchen) apartment, expecting a private space for my wife, child, and me, as privacy was a priority. The listing advertised a 1BHK unit with a kitchenette, including a functional kitchen setup (images were provided showing utensils and electric cooker). However, there was no mention of shared accommodations. Upon arrival, I was informed that the building only had 2BHK units, with one room locked to simulate a 1BHK. Initially, I accepted this as it met my basic needs. However, the caretaker later informed me that the second room would be allocated to another guest, forcing my family to share the hall and kitchen. This was a clear breach of the agreement, as the listing never indicated shared accommodations. Additionally, the kitchenette was misrepresented. It was equipped only with an induction stove, lacking essential utensils or an electric cooker, rendering it nearly unusable for preparing meals. Fortunately, I had carried induction friendly utensils and this did not cause much of a problem for me. When I raised my concerns with the owner, concerning the sharing of accommodation, they exploited the situation, demanding an additional Rs.1,000 on top of the original booking amount (Rs.3,547). After heated arguments, I was coerced into paying an extra Rs.500. At check-out, I paid an additional Rs.300, despite the owner’s dissatisfaction that it wasn’t the full Rs. 500 demanded. This experience was highly unprofessional. The misleading description of the apartment as a private 1BHK with a functional kitchenette, combined with unexpected demands for extra payments, caused significant inconvenience and stress. I strongly advise future guests to verify accommodation details and beware of hidden charges. Transparency and professionalism were severely lacking.
