LD Cozy Condo Unit near Cebu IT Park - Pool, Gym, Sauna

Staying at this condo was an absolute delight! The accommodation was super clean, cozy, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Loida was a gracious host, always available and quick to respond to our queries. The location was convenient, very central, near to IT park which has lots of restaurants and cafes. The pool is huge and it’s nice that the property has a gym. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Cebu.

Great unit! You don’t need anything if you stay in this unit plus they provided me with 4 bottles of water.

The road leading to the property- its like river bed, rough road and not much street light at night.

It is an excellent unit. Very well maintained and very comfortable to sleep. The location is very accessible. The owner is very friendly and very helpful with us. We are happy and satisfied. Worth it to spend money. Thank you Ma’am Loida you’re amazing and you are so kind.

So far we don’t have any issues with the property because the property is new and very maintained.

The condo had everything you needed. Its location was ideal because everything was only 15 minutes by car (during peak hours). The host was always attentive to our needs and would reply to my messages as soon as she could.
