De accommodatie ligt op 20 minuten wandelen van het centrum, dus de '10 min' in de advertentie klopt niet. Dat viel tegen.

On site parking is always beneficial. Danny is very responsive as a host.

The place is nice and clean

Clean and good value. The renter was very responsive.

Very loud - neighborhood loud and if you have renters above you on the 3rd floor it is unbearably loud. It is also not a safe or attractive neighborhood and not easily walkable to downtown (as advertised) for a family. The beds were more like cots and it was either hot or cold with the heat. The bedding was minimal and pillows were like rocks. We had a smoke alarm beeping all night. It was not restful.

useless broken sofa bed and no manager appeared to look at it. the heat didnt work in all the rooms.

Location was OK but it was almost impossible to walk into the town, especially at night due to roadworks and poor street lighting. No breakfast provided or expected

Heating was overpowering.

I have mixed feelings about the location: not that it feels dangerous but it is surrounded by warehouses and the neighborhood does not look well taken care of. Everything is within a 20/30 min walk distance which is great but the walk is not nice as you have to cross a highway either over or under a bridge depending on where you are going. Depending on where you look, the apartment looks tired with many broken elements, stains on the wall, etc. it needs some fixing. That said, it is still ok and at an acceptable level. As a constructive feedback, perhaps the hosts could come up with some sort of guide to show which streets would be better to walk to reach the main attractions. There is also a request to recycle - which I find great- but no orientation is given on which bin/can should be used for what… as a tourist, I had no clue on how to use them. So an in-house guide would definitely help.
