"We had a pleasant stay! The location is very accessible—there’s a convenience store just across the building and several food stalls right under the condo, which made everything super convenient. It’s easy to get around using Grab or any transport app, and the internet connection was fast and reliable. On the day we checked out, we were almost late for our flight and didn’t have enough time to take out the trash, but the cleaner was very polite and kindly assisted us. Overall, it’s a great place for a short and comfortable stay. Thank you for hosting us!

The unit had a slight odor upon entering, and some of the furniture showed signs of wear. However, the place was clean and tidy, with no mess at all. All the appliances were in good working condition. We only stayed overnight and used the space mainly for rest, which was comfortable and sufficient. The balcony also offers a lovely view, great for Instagram-worthy photos. Just to clarify, I don’t have any complaints about the place; this is simply honest and constructive feedback.

I didn't like that we waited for 1-2hrs to enter our room because it's not easy to contact the owner

Located nearby the Mall of Asia

The bedsheets were not new, there were P-hairs and stains, the pillows stinks and the room smelled fishy. Drawers and cabinets are broken and not well maintained. Ended up leaving very early and cut our stay from 21hrs to 10hrs. Tho the host gave us option to move to another room, it was too late already.

I generally like the property and it is recommendable
