Spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bath townhouse in Legazpi City

Everything is excellent the house is big and spacious and clean.

Clean, large rooms. Internet worked well throughout the hose (a little less on upper floor).

Water pressure was poor and cold showers. Water would completely stop a few times during a shower and when it did come out it was a very low stream of water and cool or cold. I did have one shower the last day of our trip were the water was a little bit warm. They were always watching. Complaining. There is a list of house rules, which is incomplete because when one person did some laundry, they complained. I checked the rules, nowhere does it way that isn’t allowed. If you want that as a rule, the added it to the list of rules! You can’t expect people to read your mind. We traveled half way around the world to visit with family and friends. Several stopped by, spent time, shared a meal, socialized etc… they complained. These people weren’t staying there. Its hard to enjoy your vacation when you are being watched all the time. Never again.

Large, clean, ok location.

They were always watching us. Listening? When we checked in it was really hot in the house, i mentioned leaving the AC on while we went to the grocery store. A minute later I get a message from them, saying to make sure we turn off the AC when we leave. It didn’t matter, we had one person stay behind anyways…. But, they heard me? No water pressure in shower and water was cold (what little water came out). They have a list of rules in each bedroom. None of the rules they have say people cannot clean their clothes. My brother in law, clean his kids clothes in a bucket and put them on the balcony to dry… they freaked out about that and sent me another message. A few days later he did it again and they sent some lady to the house. She came into the house and was told to leave, she cannot just come in! I told her that if this was a rule, then added it to list list of other rules they have in the house. There is not enough water pressure to take a damn shower and they are complaining about one person washing a few items. I would never stay here again. They constantly were watching and criticizing everything. We come to Legazpi often and this would have been a great place to stay every-time, but after this, i would never stay here again.

The property is beautiful, cozy and comfortable as if you're staying in a hotel. The room is very spacious. They are equipped with plates and utensils already which makes it more convenient. Thank you for the experience! ❤️
