Pristine 1Br Apt in City Center- Free Parking & Coffee Machine

Apartamento super cómodo y muy bonito con todo lo que necesitas para una corta o larga estancia muy céntrico y cerca de tiendas restaurantes supermercado sin duda volveria 🥰 excelente comunicación con el anfitrión

Never stay in this apartment!!! We walked in and left immediately — it was impossible to stay there. The bed was dirty, on and had someone else’s hair on it. There was a strong smell of mold that was impossible to stay. This clearly shows a complete lack of basic hygiene. We did not feel safe or comfortable staying there, especially with a small child. To make things worse, the host refused to refund our money and tried to blame us for the situation, which is completely unacceptable. From other reviews, it seems this is not the first time such issues have been reported. If you care about your health, money, and peace of mind — do not consider this place.

Appartement confortable et bien placé pour profiter de Riga. Facilement accessible depuis la gare. Cuisine et salle de bain bien équipées.

Il manque à mon avis des volets ou des rideaux opaques pour plonger la chambre dans le noir pendant la nuit. Le digicode de la porte du bâtiment était cassé et la porte toujours ouverte. La pression de l’eau sous la douche n’est pas terrible mais ce n’est pas grave.

Very cozy!

Had a little smell in the apartment. But wasn’t too bad.

Lasten vuodesohva ei soveltunut kahdelle vaikka niin oli kuvattu, todellisuudessa mahtuu vain yksi. Käytävässä todella epämiellyttävä haju (ei huoneessa). Pihan automaatti valo herätti yöllä useasti, oli todella kirkas ja ”pimennysverhot” eivät peittäneet valoa. Sänky epämukava.

This was a lovely apartment! Small, but just right! The decor was lovely (although some of the potted plants were difficult to navigate without tipping over). The kitchen was well-equipped, the bed was comfy, and the shower was great!! The location was also excellent - only a 20-minute walk to the old town and surrounded by lovely cafes and shops. Don't be alarmed by the appearance from the street! To access the property, you have to walk through an alleyway from the main road. This alleyway is next to a run-down, boarded-up optometry shop. When we arrived the first night at about 1am, we panicked and thought we'd been conned. Once we realised you needed to go through the alleyway, we were immediately put at ease and then blown away by how cute and comfy the apartment was! Would definitely stay again!

There was a kitchen unit holding utensils that was beginning to come loose from the wall - a little tlc is all that's needed :)

Perfect location, you have everything close by walking.

You can hear everything from the others apartments, it is not the owner issue but it’s good to know if you are sensitive to noises.

Check-in was absolutely easy, and a short video was provided explaining all the details. The location itself is fantastic—you can easily walk to Riga’s Old Town, and the parking space is a major advantage. There are many nearby places to grab coffee and snacks in the morning or during the day. The apartment has an autonomous heating system with electric radiators, allowing you to control the temperature manually and adjust it to your preferences.

The sofa definitely needs to be replaced. Whether you want to sit or sleep on it, it’s very uncomfortable. The apartment is filled with many small decorative details, which do create a cozy, home-like atmosphere; however, this also makes it a bit difficult to find space for your own belongings. The coffee machine was also missing. Judging from previous comments, it seems it broke some time ago and was not replaced or repaired before our stay, even though coffee beans were still provided. :)
