The room was a good size the shower and toilet was clean there’s no tv in room . And there was a floor board missing underneath the carpet witch was a trip hazard

I am petrified by my stay there! I have no words to describe how I felt. Arriving at the place, it turned out that the door could not be unlocked, and the phone left for contact did not answer. At some point a woman picked up and said we had to move to another house as this one was already occupied...!?!? Late in the evening we were forced to look for an entirely new address: the moment we arrived at the new place we realised the front door handle is broken and could not be locked during the night. There was no wifi at the new place (it was promised such for the one we booked); there was only one dirty towel and the bed was not even a double bed as advertised for the original house. The contact lady (who was also very rude and threatened to throw us out) said she couldn't bring us clean towels as it was late, so to deal with the situation as we could... Just horrible!!! I do not recommend this place to anyone and seeing the other reviews it becomes even more and more clear that this is the case with everyone! Folks, don't make the mistake of booking this place, you'll be unpleasantly surprised! The most outrageous thing of it all was that after my (forced by the circumstances) stay there I notified booking.com immediately of the situation there, my experience and a photo material expecting a refund, as what I paid for did not match what I have booked via their platform. Shockingly, their reply was that the home owner is not willing to refund my money!!! I am so disappointed and would never again the booking.com platform. I shared this with all my friends and colleagues and from now on we will use other platforms, the platforms that really do care about their customers. A true nightmare!!!!

Heating is ñot on. When i mentioned she says it will come after 24hours. Very dis appointed

It was close to the town centre so convenient The set up was brilliant and served its purpose All round good value if you're looking for somewhere to rest your head for the night Would definitely stay again

The step outside the property is just a dip, if have mobility issues then would be a problem getting in and out. The shelf above the bed is coming away from wall and could potentially fall on someone if sleeping, luckily for me I was a tad drunk and just wanted sleep. Not been advised where the key is upon arrival and slowish responses from person renting out the room 2 towels instead of one would be nice
