On a good site with activities available for the children. Clean and tidy with no problems. Also a good price. Games were available for the children.

The caravan was clean, spacious and inviting. It was situated in a quiet part of the caravan park. Close walk to amenities and the beach.

Shower was leaking when arrived but didn’t really effect use

Caravan was nice and clean, beds comfortable

No gas the first day could not cook or shower. When it finally arrived it still did not work and it was over 30hrs since we arrived. Spoke to owner once when tried to ring again over 6 times and she did not answer, she offered us no solutions.

Seaside location, albeit right next to a nuclear power station.

The agent wouldn't reply to messages until after the check in time. When they did it was to tell me that the caravan we had booked was not available. I was offered a smaller caravan with no reduction in price. The agent was rude. I was left with no option, at that late stage, but to take the caravan with one less bedroom. My other friend didn't then stay. Not good. Also the bathroom radiator looked like someone had splashed (I don't know what) all over it. Disconcerting as it was right next to the toilet. And the outdoor seat cushions were completely mouldy.

Lovely clean caravan, great for the kids. Great base to go to Blackpool for the day.

Lovely caravan, in a pleasant spot. I liked the living room area and balcony leading off it, with seating available to use. There was plenty of cutlery and crockery for our stay and kitchen equipment was good. Bathrooms were clean and shower was good. Good communication from hosts, especially when we needed assistance during our stay. We didn’t use the twin room but daughter preferred the regular single bed in the third bedroom - more space. Three towels and two hand towels left. Overall the stay was ideal for a two night stay. I am guessing the hosts have not long began renting their caravan - a few more tweaks and this would easily rate higher. Many thanks!

Main bedroom was a squeeze and felt cramped. No drawers just very small wardrobes in each bedroom. Would have preferred bigger towels (but that’s my preference not hosts problem). No information left to say how to work things or anything about how you can buy passes for the entertainment areas/swimming and nothing about what is in the area.

The fact we had to wait over 3 hours later than arrival time to get in the caravan
