Casa Salmar 40 meters from the sandy beach with wifi

A very nice and new (October 2025) place, very clean and comfortable. You have a bit of view on the sea but don't expect it to be on the sea. The beach is like 1min away and also comaparably clean. There are even 2 chairs and 1 umbrella to take to the beach. Outdoor facilities are nice for eating and evenings, quite calm as well. Kitchen is well equipped, only 2 hot plates though. Very comfortable beds, too. Sebastiano really put a lot of effort here and it shows. Definetly would come again!

Der Aufenthalt bei Sebastiano war wunderbar. Wir hatten das Apartment und den kleinen Garten komplett für uns. Das Apartment war unglaublich sauber und sah noch sehr neuwertig aus. Es gab zwei leistungsstarke Klimaanlagen. Im Garten befand sich eine Aussendusche. Das Apartment ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Ein paar Schritte vom Haus entfernt befindet sich ein Eisladen, der morgens Frühstück anbietet und abends Eis verkauft. Wir hatten noch nie so einen herzensguten, hilfsbereiten Gastgeber gehabt wie Sebastiano. Sebastiano hat uns zur Begrüßung verschiedenes Gebäck, eine Flasche Sekt und andere Getränke bereitgestellt. Er hat zudem noch zusätzlich Obst für uns gekauft. Da wir kein Auto hatten, fuhr er uns am nächsten Tag zum Supermarkt und hat geduldig auf uns gewartet. Ein anderes Mal fuhr er sogar extra für uns zum Supermarkt, um Dinge für uns zu kaufen. Er hat uns auch eine Fahrerin organisiert.

L'emplacement idéal à deux minutes de la plage. La cité est pratique pour rayonner dans les environs, il y a également un bus direct pour l'aéroport. Le coin repas extérieur illuminé le soir, et l'hébergement dispose de la climatisation. La proximité de bars et restaurants. Finalement, Sebastiano est vraiment un hôte très gentil, il nous a montré le centre ville et a toujours répondu promptement à nos requêtes durant le séjour.

Ce n'est pas en rapport avec l'hébergement, mais c'est un peu dommage qu'il n'y ait pas une petite supérette près de la plage.

The best property so far on Booking! Sebastiano was a gem, he waited for us to arrive after midnight, as we had a delayed flight, he showed us around, prepared fruits, wine and water, and accommodated every request! The place is beautiful, fresh, clean, with everything you can need, and 2 minutes from a beautiful sandy beach, just perfect! It has two air conditioning units, so you can survive any season, and a perfect extra shower in the garden for when you just arrive from the beach. We loved the garden shower so much! Grazie Sebi!

Amazing place with a cosy balcony and a garden (featuring a lovely open-air shower!). Everything was very clean, quiet, and well-equipped. There's a room designed for children – our 5-year-old son loved it. Overall, we had the feeling that this is a place the owner truly cares about. There’s a nice sandy beach nearby, as well as a few bars offering food, coffee, drinks, and ice cream. We travelled by car and had no problems finding a parking spot on the street. Newly renovated, very clean and compact apartment only a few steps away from the beach. The location is ideal to explore the surroundings like Siracusa, Noto, Cava Grande, Ragusa… The owner is very friendly. We had a problem with the hot water of the shower on arrival, he fixed it the next day and offered us a bottle of Prosecco. He only speaks Italian though, luckily I managed with the few words of Italian I remember.

The apartment is a bit compact for 4 people.

The property is truly just a few meters from the beach. Apartment is well done and absolutely spotless, even the small garden has been thoughtfully done with a place to rest and hot water shower after the beach. Sebastian, the owner, has been the greatest host, very attentive to all our needs, provided all the information about the area and giving valuable advice, taking care of us like a family (even brought Sicilian sweet breakfast for our kids, fresh pomegranate, local almond milk and local wine for us adults). We loved our stay.

As this is an apartment rental there was no breakfast included. However, the hosts prepared A breakfast lasting for a few days (including biscuits, fruit and drinks) on your arrival day. Also there was Coffee and Tee available. The host took the time to show us around the town and recommend great restaurants. One day he help us plan a hiking trip to the nearby national park. Whenever we had questions we could contact the host via telephone and he usually answered within minutes. The apartment was in a clean and excellent condition. There are two powerful AC units installed which can be configured individually. Everything inside the flat looked really new. Multiple towels were provided at the arrival. In addition to the visible kitchen appliances (fridge + freezer, microwave, stove, coffee machine) there were also a blender, juicer (which we used for daily fresh orange juice) and water cooker. For our beach visits we could also borrow the chairs from the host (which are not included in the apartment rental). Overall we had a really great time and the host definitively contributed to that.
