Loved the assistance and the ambience of the room. Also the staff and services were really good.

Referred one of my international friend where she wanted to check in early but they were not able to accommodate even after reserving due to C form regulations. Kindly PLEASE DO PUT A DISCLAIMER FOR INTERNATIONAL FOLKS SO THAT IT WILL BE HASSLE FREE

Location is good. Pretty close to the airport, even though it’s a bit inside some sort of back alley.

Not very clean Elevators don’t work for 1st floor Room service was not efficient, had to go down asking for a bottle of water

Room service, reception attitude, room cleaniness, lighting in the lobby. Reception was having alcohol party with loud music at 12:00 midnight. I was with my wife.

"Worst experience due to bad maintenance and bad service"

Fan was running

Not clean. No complimentary water bottle. Moulds on wall. No tioletaries provided. Unattentive staff even after repeated requests to send water bottle at room.
