Very clean and comfortable

Location, not much in walking distance although was winter so didn’t explore much . Drove to a Turkish restaurant 5 mins down the road . Really nice food

A little way out from city centre. 5 bedroom but 5th bedroom is sofa bed where ping pong table /pool.

It was great value for money as we were travelling as a group. There was also the extra touch of some complimentary breakfast bars and croissants which were super thoughtful. Property was as described and the host was excellent. They were kind enough to extend our checkout time at the last minute when a member of our travelling party took ill, at no additional charge. Really kind of them.

The house was a great find for us all to stay for a couple of days. Parking was great, and really close to all amenities. Would definitely stay again. Beds were really comfy. Thank you for hosting us

The house would benefit from a deep clean. We found items under the beds, bathroom shower on middle floor could have been cleaned. A used plaster on the wall in the hall. Also more seating as the house can sleep more than 6 people.

Very nice big property back garden hood 2 parking space everything u need for a couple of days great host let me book I. 2 hours before booking time and offered us a late check out 5 bedrooms all with double beds 3 bathrooms on 2 floors one with u suit bathroom in arrival was croissants and juice in the fridge coffee machine and biscuits breakfast bars Everthing u need to cook fresh bedding and towels very homely and comforting large dining table and breakfast bar in the kitchen

The amount of bathrooms the big bedrooms the area nice on a main road but quiet near Ainfield stadium very cosy felt like home

Bill is the host. He was very amazing! Very helpful! We drop our bags earlier and Bill was allowed us to check out until 1 due to our car problem with bo charge at all! Thank you so much, mate! Highly recommended place and host!
