"Do not use the elevator! We got stuck and had to wait for 45minutes to be released."

Close to the airport, decent facilities inside the apartment and bed was comfortable.
The arrival instructions direct you to use the elevator to go up to the second floor. DO NOT USE IT. We got stuck in the very old and tiny elevator, and had to wait 45 minutes to be released. The host was friendly about it and helped us communicating with the elevator service, but we only received a small refund of our stay because of this. Overall the price was very expensive considering this experience. There also is a small ant infestation in the apartment (both the bathroom and the bedroom), and we found some ants in our bed.

The apartment is spacious, clean, has new furniture and all necessary appliances, including a washing machine and a dishwasher 👍 Located in a quiet neighborhood, you can reach the Leaning tower by bus within 25 min.
For this price it must have at least a small bottle of drinking water. There are no grocery stores nearby and even they were they would be all closed at night. The host offered me to go to a hospital not far from the apartment and to get water from a dispenser at 1 am in the morning 😂 Just ridiculous... There is a nicely equiped kitchen, but there are no elementary things like salt or pepper, or even a kitchen rag to wipe the table. Also would be nice to have a mosquito net on the bedroom window to enjoy fresh air at nights.
