Mellieha Bay 3 Bedroom Apartment ''Coastal Comfort''

Location was very good: there is a nice beach nearby, multiple bars and an ice cream shop, a grocery shop reachable in 5 minutes. It's an easy pickup spot for taxi/uber (even if you are with a group of people) and it's within walking distance of multiple bus stops. The balcony and kitchen area are very nice for hanging out, especially with the sea breeze in the evening. The host was always reachable and nice to us for every question and requests.

It's kind of annoying that the main door opens up directly in the elevator, and water pressure was a bit low. But other than that, no complaints.

Location was great, lots of eating places very nearby. The beach is very close, the view of the harbour is great!

There is no dedicated parking - whilst most days we were able to find a street parking space within sight of the apartment, weekends can be busy!

We loved it! Amazing view! Really clean and spacious with great location. Has everything you need close by. The price is very good for this luxury apartment and we would love to book again. Recommend it 💯

Disappointing Stay – Construction Noise, Mold, and Unfulfilled Promises While the location of this accommodation was undeniably convenient—offering a true sea view, easy beach access, and a nearby bus stop—the overall experience was extremely disappointing due to several major issues. First and foremost, there was an ongoing construction site right next door. Despite raising this concern with the host multiple times, they eventually offered a 50% refund. However, this promise was never fulfilled, making them highly unreliable in my opinion. Traveling with two small children (both under four years old), we were hoping for a relaxing stay. Instead, we were subjected to constant drilling, hammering, and grinding from early morning until late afternoon, completely ruining any chance of rest. The condition of the accommodation itself was also far from satisfactory. Mold was visible in almost every corner of the rooms, and the glass panels on the terrace were so dirty that it was difficult to enjoy the view. To make matters worse, one day we experienced a complete power outage due to the neighboring renovation work, and the elevator broke down for the last two days of our stay. This stay was a major disappointment, and I would strongly advise future travelers to avoid this property if they value a peaceful and comfortable experience.

Everything was great in the apartment, nice spacious rooms and great balcony. Close to a beach, nice restaurants and the city. Host was great too and quick to help

There happened to be a big contruction upstairs which was very loud during the days, but we didn’t spend much time in the apartment during the days anyway. So that was ok.

The flat were very good size, clean amazing view, great located and the host/staff “stefan” extremely prompt and helpful

The apartment was wonderful in every aspect! Firstly, the location was superb, right by the sea and only a few hundred meters from the beach. We didn't use public transportation because we rented a car, but for those who want to use the bus, the stop is literally in front of the apartment entrance. The frequency of arriving buses suggests that it is a highly recommended means of transportation. The view from the apartment was amazing! The apartment itself was extremely clean, comfortable, and very spacious. There was room for everything. The owner deserves special praise. His availability and helpfulness in every possible aspect were invaluable. During our stay, he was abroad, yet he responded to all our inquiries via WhatsApp within a few minutes. Our daughter fell ill, so we had to take her to the doctor. Stefan guided us through everything: he provided the exact address, explained how the healthcare system in Malta works, and informed us how much it would cost us. Never before has anyone cared for us so much! I highly recommend booking; you won't be disappointed!
