The place itself is clean

Beware, one of the units is advertised as being full of sun, whereas in reality it is like a prison cell, with a tiny 10 by 20 cm window (pic attached) being the only source of natural light. We asked the owner to reimburse us as we would not stay for more than 1 day in these prison-like conditions and they shortly ghosted us. They also did not reply to booking after we raised the issue. By far the worst experience I‘ve had on booking/airbnb

The hotel looks beautiful and is a great location.

The hotel looks great from the outside and the rooms look good on the website, but the room was small, dark and no common area. We had looked forward to staying there, but were quite disappointed. Everything in the room felt a bit worn out.

We missed towels and teatowels in the kitchen and a small(er) pan to boil water (or a water boiler)

The curtains don't close properly and there are bright lights right outside the apartment, that are on for most of the evening

Miguel, the host, was super helpful, flexible and friendly. Always responded quickly when we had a question. Tha apartments are a great option to stay in la Paz

The condo is in an incredible location!!!! 2 min walk to the malecón- not to mention the condo has all the features you need such as a washer, dryer, refrigerator. I honestly can’t remember if it had a stove but that’s because I don’t cook anyway!!! lol the condo is modern and well kept, with AC in each living area.

Not applicable. Would have been perfect if it had a pool- No pool unless you rent the villa.
