Absolutely nothing. It was so lovely and comfortable and well appointed.

Perfect location. Clean and perfect for family

I liked having a whole house and everything i needed. Having 3 bedrooms was nice for family and a grill to hangout

Host said i can check in earlier than 4pm but then wanted to charge me another $100 if i came early. The pool was very cold, i contacted the host to check the pool tempreture at which i got no reply. I did not get to use the pool

The location was a short drive to siesta key and local amenities. We were under a mandatory evacuation order due to Hurricane Milton the owner allowed us an early check in which was extremely helpful.

The property allowed pets which explained why the furniture was grubby as I suspect pets were allowed on the furniture. Dog hair under the table and dog poo had been left in a bin outside. The property slept 6 but there was only 3 normal knives and limited utensils I.e no corkscrew. Due to the hurricane we lost power and internet this couldn’t be helped but when we went to use the BBQ so we could make a hot meal it was absolutely filthy and rust was dropping off all over the place. We had no hot water so we’re unable to clean it. The day after the hurricane someone came round to take pictures of damage he did not knock on the door to check if we were alright only interested in taking pictures. The property is in need of a refurbishment and deep clean.

The house layout was great. It was very clean. Host provided more supplies than expected. Many places just leave one of everything for a starter but having a 6 week reservation- they left numerous trash bags, laundry pods, dishwasher soap etc to last longer. Also provided spices, coffee, tea, beach amenities too. I would book again.

The pool paver patio needs to be pressure cleaned and I do agree with other reviews that the door code should be changed on a regular basis for safety.
