please be advised, the booking is not what appears in the advert and images. the property is in a state of disrepair, black mold in the bathroom, the heating doesn't work properly. the bathroom and bed room smelt of recent drugs use. the code supplied for the front was incorrect, and incorrect on the email sent to me by the host (2024) we gained entry inputting 2025. the host was uncontactable in an emergency when entry couldn't be gained.

It was filthy, three different hosts, run terribly. Stained sheets, lots of mold. Hair in skirting boards. Dirty floors. Dead moths. So many cobwebs. Ironically there were three cleaners when we arrived and we were locked in the front room.

Plenty of space for the children. Free WiFi.

Double bedroom had no curtains so wasn’t usable. Toiletries (including toilet paper) were not provided on arrival - I had to contact the host and some were brought over the following day. The floors were not super clean - children took shoes off at the door and ended up with filthy socks! Garden area was nice but an empty beer can had been left on the floor. Bathroom wasn’t super easy to use with children - no plug for bath, floor a bit grubby, no bath mat, lots of spiders!

The kitchen was OK. The dining room table & chairs were fine. The shower was OK … but the mould put you off!

The stairway was steep without any hand rails. The location of the toilet was not convenient for pensions. Black mould around the bath taps … not nice! Lounge sofa not very clean. The beds were uncomfortable. Some of the bedding was unsuitable. The bedroom curtains weren’t good. The garden furniture was poor. The general decoration needed redoing.

No curtains or blinds in double bedroom. Shower curtain in bathroom was pretty disgusting. Washing machine had dirty water in it on arrival, whilst emptying a used condom was found underneath.

The house was 38c upon arrival. The phone number supplied for Ubaid was invalid. There was a bottle of urine found in one of the rooms, which was from a previous tenant. Sheets in the double room were filthy, full of hairs, stains and other debris. The outside patio was covered in liquid spillages and the ashtrays were full of used cigarette ends

No curtains in main bedroom. Lots of dirty towels. Sofa stained. No toilet Roll or bin bags when we arrived so we had to buy. When I mentioned to Ubaid, he said he would drop next morning and said curtain was up. But picture is proof not the case. Grubby walls, dirty, damp and mouldy. Would not recommend. Very disappointed
