Ensuite double-bed (R4) close to Burnley city centre

The location.

I rented an ensuite for 9 nights, but when I arrived, I was given a room without a bathroom for the first night and told that my ensuite wasn't ready, despite having already paid for it. The place is not clean, and both the bathroom and kitchen are in poor condition. There are no basic supplies like toilet paper, soap, or washing-up liquid, and none of the usual amenities you would expect in an Airbnb, such as coffee or shampoo. No mirror anywhere. The pillows are extremely old and have turned grey, and the pillowcases are torn. There were holes under the carpet in the middle of the room, which could cause you to twist your ankle if stepped on. There are two chairs in the kitchen both broken and dangerous. You can find many better, clean, equiped room options around the town centre for a similar price.

It was nice and quiet. And it was very close to the centre of Burnley
