Cozy apartment 3rd 10min Walk Downtown and City View

Clean and comfortable

The parking was very tight, if I would have had my vehicle, it would have been impossible.

Be aware there is a very narrow spiral staircase to get up to the 2nd and 3rd floor. Difficult hauling suitcases up and down. This is especially hard for older patrons.

great location - apartment is very clean and a good set up with the two bedrooms. rooms all had air conditioning units which really did cool down the apartment. easy access to trash cans.

I’m sure this is my fault for misreading description of property, but the spiral stairs to access the apartment are a killer especially when you have a large suit case you are bringing up and down! lol it’s just a tiny space.

We were here for my son’s graduation from Providence College,very close to the school and Amica Mutual and Federal Hill.

There was enough room for our family.

The size of the apartment and separation of bedrooms from living area were great.

The apartment made it pretty clear the owner wants to earn income with minimal effort invested in the comfort of the property. The neighborhood was noisy with a lot of businesses and loud neighbors. The apartment beds were not comfortable, my bed made me feel like I was back at summer camp as a kid with a cheap wooden frame and literal 2x4 remnants as the box spring. The apartment has seen better days and was not super clean or well kept. The fixtures were old, the shower was reminiscent of a cheap motel, and all apartment updates looked unprofessional and poorly done. I barely slept because of the bad bed, cheap sheets, and noise from cars outside. The beds could have used more pillows and the living room could use an ottoman and side tables for drinks and phones. Would not recommend this property. This is not my idea of cozy at all.
