Nothing! Nothing worked!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Worst place I have ever stayed!!! Hated the stay, from the moment we got there till the morning we left it was by far the worst place we have ever stayed. First of all we got there and the smell in the apartment was horrendous, it’s above pubs and takeaways which isn’t a problem but the general cleanliness of the apartment block leading up to it was grim. We booked the apartment so that we can make our own food during our weeks stay, we spent a lot of money on food which you cook to then go to use the oven and that didn’t work. We spoke to the property over the phone and he said he was sending someone out to look at it. The guy turned up and didn’t have a clue he was asking chat gbt. This issue was never fixed! Theirs a TV in the apartment but unfortunately you can’t even use it to even watch normal channels as their is no WIFI (which it states their is) and the TV needs to be connected to WiFi for it to pick up channels and their wasn’t even any signal. Day 2 we got back to the apartment to pitch black and no electricity. I called the property again and he told me someone would be there in 20 minutes to fix this issue. 3 hours later we was still sat in the dark with no electricity or heating. I called multiple multiple times to be told the exact same thing every time. The following day we got back to the AP and we must have been sat there not even 30 minutes before once again all the electricity and power shut down. We called the property again and we got told that someone would be coming all the way from Liverpool to fix it this time. Again 3 hours later we was still sat in the dark with no electricity! I rang them multiple times and the first time I got told that the owner was just busy working so he wasn’t answering when he finally picked up the phone and then half an hour later he told me he was in hospital over text message which didn’t make sense as he’d just told me different and it was like he was trying to cover tracks on text.

The owner was very helpful and allowed us to drop our bags off early, and tried to sort the WiFi. And replied to messages about the heating promptly, the location was really close to the town within walking distance

No WiFi, the tv only had old channels, the house could do with a good clean , lots of cobwebs, and old food in cupboards.
