GBWORKED LIKE CLOCKWORK TBH NO ISSUES AT ALL
Very clean and well presented - easy to get around Leeds and to and from the golf course which we booked for

The only thing we didn’t like about the property is when we tried to get a taxi. We had to tell them to go the back way. Not knowing the area the taxi went somewhere else. We got there in the end

GBGBStruggled to park the van some evenings as limited space but other than that everything was great!
GBProperty was very clean and beautifully furnished to make your stay feel homely with a double room, a twin room, lots of wardrobe/storage space, and sky tv. Couldn’t ask for anything more! The communication from the owners was fabulous, offering support throughout our stay but wasn’t actually needed as everything was great! 5 minutes from Roundhay Park so would be a great stay over for any events there like weddings or park run etc. if we stay in Leeds again we will definitely come back

Received a message at 9pm with a noise complaint, we weren’t having a party, there was no music playing, there was no shouting, we were having a conversation in the living room. I don’t understand why we can’t talk at 9pm?
GBThe host Tony was great to deal with, really helpful - the property was really clean, great location great facilities - have added it to our favorite places to stay so with out doubt if staying in that neck of the woods again will be booking again, when my lads phone to say about the accommodation being good it normally means they are happy - having a happy workforce is always good. So would highly recommend this property to anybody staying around here.
GBNice house perfect for a short stay in Leeds. The property is just a few minutes drive from Harewood House and the Emmerdale Village Tour which was the purpose of our trip. La Palmera, a lovely Italian restaurant is near by and well worth a visit , make sure you book a table in advance. Hosts for this property are very friendly and responsive in their communications. Check in was easy and beds were comfy.
