Apartment was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 children. Well equipped with everything we needed and in a very nice area with a coffee shop/patisserie and a supermarket 2 minutes away. If you are booking a place to stay in Emilia-Romagna to taste the fantastic food and explore the rich automotive history, this is the place for you. The hosts were fantastic from start to finish with tips on local eateries and booked us a taxi to the airport.

Great location and good to have parking so close to the city.

The app to enter the house did not work. The apartment needed some cleaning, there were cobwebs in the bedroom and some of the kitchenware needed cleaning before being used.

The hosts were a 10! Federico and Erica were exceptional, and their communication was always timely, they provided great suggestions for the area and the welcome bottle of wine and coffee tea service was a really nice touch. We liked the informational booklet you prepared. With free parking, the location was great for walking to Modena's coffee shops & restaurants, the Albinelli market and the town square.

The outdoor patio was quite small, shaded and we didn't use. We prefer more sunny spaces.
