It's quite neat with most amenities one needs for a comfortable stay. Also very close to a big supermarket. I prefer self-check in these days, which it has. The manager was very willing to help and communicated promptly to ensure our comfort. I recommend it for anyone who wants to be close to the centre of Jeddah.

"Overall great value for the money for a short/long term stay in Jeddah. Great location."

Communication with the host was excellent and he was very responsive. Location is good. The overall apartment was excellent value for the money, compared to other available choices, and other places I have stayed in Jeddah.

Bed sheets could have been cleaner. No towels available in the apartment. I bought some from a nearby store and left them for the next guest.
