Rustic Rhondda Retreat w Hot Tub & Sauna - Ystrad

It was clean and cozy, hot tub was brilliant

It’s definitely not worth the money.. might want to hire new cleaners

Total rip off didn’t even end up staying in the place very old and dirty felt like I was in the 70s, you also have to pay extra to use sauna/jacuzzi but what finished it off for me the blanket had dry semen on it !

The main advert does not state there is a charge for the hot tub/sauna and is listed as a feature so you’d expect it to be included There was a lot of damp in all areas Hot tub wasn’t clean Bath was unclean and mouldy

Heating was good property warmed up quite fast, close to local supermarkets

The spa room was located in the basement outside which was not in description. The stairs towards the garden/spa room were dangerous especially at night tv in spa room was really small.

The location was perfect if you need to go to the Rhondda Sports Centre (we had 4-day course) . The little spa was great and cozy to relax after a long day!

The bed was very old and uncomfortable. We couldn't sleep well at all and our backs were hurting the next day. The mattress was very old and lumpy. Not enough wardrobes.

The spa room was brilliant. Good size jacuzzi and sauna.

Not the cleanest, damp smell in the room. Also there's a ring camera installed facing opposite the spa room which I found a little creepy.

Everything in the apartment was clean and smelled great! All the gadgets in the house was really fun to use as in the Bluetooth light shade in the bathroom, Netflix on all tvs, the best part was the spa room amazing hot tub with tv on the wall, also a sauna plus a shower with lots of options of use, overall everything in that apartment is expensive and worth every penny of your stay, very sad to be leaving, I have recommended this place to a lot of people so I hope that helps spread the word of a great stay, will definitely be coming back to stay again.
