The location is absolutely perfect and strategic. Just a stone's throw away from the food stalls and coffee shops. You can even walk to gurney bay to enjoy the night view. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped.

Everything is just fine.

The only plus point is the location. Which is close to many eataries.

Response from the host took time I find that the host is a bit lack of enthusiasm to explain the nitty gritty about the property. For example 1. Need and how to pay for parking as penang state needs a dedicated application for parking fee. 2. Not aware that we may need to share the “house” with others. And the cleaner can come into the property before our check out time.

1. the floor feels like has not been mopped for a long time, all the floor mats seem like they are there forever and never been washed 2. so does the air, very dusty 3. the toilet floor with pee stink smell, toilet bowl and basin have not been cleaned for quite some time from bare eyes 4. the sofa is also dusty, dust accumulated at the edge of the sofa seat 5. the bed and blanket are also dusty, feels like covering myself within dust, husband got blocked nose after 2 nights stay 6. the actual condition of the house is different from the photos especially the tree is not green

The house is more than expectation. So clean, cozy & comfy, kitchen so big, kitchen complete with 2 fridge, washing machine, coway, steamer, gas stove, mic. Everything perfect. Location wise also perfect only walking distance to the place we want to be. Host very helpful, very nice person. Always accomodate with what we want.

Location was great, very convenient for local areas of food and shopping. Utilities were handy, especially cold water dispenser. Ease of check in and out with communication with host was very helpful. Rooms and living areas very spacious for large group!

Open areas / courtyard make more prone to mosquitoes entering. Be careful with younger children as balconies very high and some gaps between railings
