Easy access nearby EDSA

Not clean when we arrived and the host was still cleaning inside while we’re already there. Dirty couch and beds. AC was not cool enough. Tables were not tidy. Smalls rooms compared to the photo.

location is good near to everything u need wifi is good signal

the property wasn’t clean I saw many small cockroaches and the room was too small door spoiled toilet also so small
